Life is a journey, and we have many paths to choose throughout our lives. Doors open, and doors close. What lies behind each door? You find the answers when you can recognize, and ask, the right questions. Questions are the keys that open the doors of the soul. The ability to recognize your deepest longing is a touchstone on your unique path. To live to your highest potential in the most authentic way requires you to recognize your deepest longings, and your unique gifts that you have been given for living your life. I offer psychotherapy for adults and children, creativity coaching, and wellness education. I received my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, and base my work on honoring the mind-body-spirit connection. I have received professional training in mindfulness-based stress reduction, and offer wellness courses in schools and healthcare settings. I spend creative time writing, growing things in my garden, being with family and friends, trying new recipes, and various artistic endeavors. I enjoy working with individual adults, children and families, and groups to help improve their lives and reach their highest potential. I honor the unique qualities and life experiences of each individual, and build on positive strengths.
