OFFERING HOLISTIC APPROACHES TO HEALING

For the past several years, I have recognized the importance of intentionality in creating positive change. Our words have the power to shape our thoughts and determine the direction of our lives. With our thoughts, we create the world. When we recognize our life is not as happy as it could be, we need to be intentional about making changes. Symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship difficulties bring awareness to the parts of our lives that need attention. While these times are challenging, they represent the greatest opportunity for positive change and growth. At these critical times, mindfulness-based practices can be instrumental in transforming relationships with ourselves, with others, and the world around us.

As a mindfulness based practitioner, I offer psychotherapy, holistic wellness education, and contemplative expressive arts workshops designed to help you recognize your inherent goodness and realize your true potential. You will recognize how your belief systems determine the quality of your relationships and how you can be open to receiving the gifts of the present moment and respond mindfully, rather than react automatically, to life events.

In our work together, you can develop practical mindfulness skills that will help you everyday to recognize, and cultivate, peace and happiness in all phases of your life. Utilizing time-honored, evidence-based methods for stress management, spiritual growth and creative expression, our sessions can help you:
